Learning needs are the starting point of every student's learning,and the basis for teachers to design classroom teaching activities.Diagnosing and analyzing students' learning needs have become a prerequisite for building a high-quality and efficient classroom.Observation in the classroom found that teachers treat students as individuals with no difference,and do not pay attention to individuals when preparing lessons.Some teachers pay attention to individual differences of students and do not classify them for guidance.Therefore,it is difficult for teachers to pay attention to students' hearts and explore their inner needs.What are the characteristics of students' learning needs,what kind of rules should be presented,what features should be diagnosed and presented in teachers' learning,what problems are there,and how to improve,these are all worthy of our further discussion.This research takes the language teachers,students and parents of the third and fourth grades of LL primary school as the research objects,using self-compiled questionnaires combined with research methods such as observation method,interview method and document method to carry out a systematic investigation.Observe 48 lessons in the third and fourth grade Chinese class,questionnaire survey of 24 teachers,202 students;interviews with 24 teachers,24 students,and 12 parents,depicting the current situation and characteristics of learning needs diagnosis,summarizing the problems that need to be diagnosed,understanding the current situation of learning needs diagnosis and application,and analyzing learning needs diagnosis and application effect.Through interviews with teachers and students,we can understand teachers 'attitudes towards diagnosis and the level of application of educational and teaching methods to diagnosis results;through linear regression and interviews,analyze the learning needs of diagnostic problems on student learning,teacher-student interaction,and parent feedback influences.The survey found that: the diagnosis of learning needs is generally at a general level,the diagnosis of self-expression and the need for learning strategies are at a good level,the diagnosis of cognitive needs and the need for emotional experience are at a general level;the use of diagnosis results for learning needs is generally at a comparative level Good level,but the evaluation of students is much lower than that of teachers;the effect of using the diagnosis results of learning needs is generally at a general level.Through combing the research results,this research finally reached the following conclusions: learning needs diagnosis has five characteristics: individuality,continuity,comprehensiveness,dynamics,and implicitness;teachers collect diagnosis methods through observation,interaction,application exercises,and tests.Learner status and learner behavior information,establish a real-time diagnosis system for learning needs;learning needs to diagnose the external performance over the inner needs,the diagnosis is single,the diagnosis is insufficient,the diagnosis thinking is one-sided,and the diagnosis timing is insufficient;the learning needs diagnosis directly affects the teacher's teaching Using strategies,teachers reflect the diagnosis results through the immediate generation and deployment of teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of students;the unscientific diagnosis results indirectly affect the learning effect of students,the effect of teacher-student interaction,and parents' trust in teachers.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: through the improvement of the diagnosis system,teachers can more accurately diagnose the students' learning needs;through the teacher's observation,interaction,task completion status evaluation,and in-class testing of students in the classroom to understand students' Learning difficulties,insufficient learning,and learning needs;through the teacher's follow-up diagnosis of students before and after class,complete the learning needs diagnosis system,deepen the teacher ' s understanding of the students ' learning needs;establish a good communication channel between teachers and parents to understand students' Implicit learning needs,forming a joint education force between teachers and parents.
