| Education is the foundation of a long-term plan;teachers are the foundation of a long-term plan.Moral education is the fundamental task of teachers.Teachers’ professional ethics is directly related to the development of school teaching and the healthy growth of students.In recent years,the phenomenon of teachers’ Professional Ethics Anomie occurs from time to time in universities and primary and secondary schools,which arouses the attention of many scholars.However,most scholars focus on the research of teachers’ professional ethics in universities and primary and secondary schools,and the research on Teachers’ professional ethics in secondary vocational schools is relatively weak.Therefore,this paper selects the professional ethics of young teachers in some vocational schools in Yueyang City as the research object,through questionnaire survey This paper explores the current situation of their professional ethics,analyzes the existing problems and their causes,and puts forward targeted countermeasures to strengthen the construction of young teachers’ professional ethics in secondary vocational schools.This paper is divided into four parts.In the first part,the author briefly introduces the reasons and Countermeasures of the current research on young teachers’ professional ethics.The second part mainly introduces the author using the method of questionnaire survey,from the two aspects of teachers and students to explore the current situation of professional ethics of young teachers in secondary vocational schools,and through the interview survey to understand the problems and reasons of professional ethics of young teachers in secondary vocational schools.In the third part,on the basis of summarizing the results of questionnaire survey and interview survey,it further summarizes the problems existing in the professional ethics of young teachers in secondary vocational schools,and reflects on the reasons in combination with the author’s practice,that is,some young teachers have prejudice against secondary vocational education,the social status of secondary vocational teachers is low,the assessment system of professional ethics in secondary vocational schools is not perfect,and the professional ethics education and training of young teachers are not perfect There is a lack of training.In the fourth part,through the author’s practice and reflection,the author puts forward some suggestions to strengthen the construction of professional ethics of young teachers in secondary vocational schools: young teachers should strengthen the study of professional ethics knowledge,fully understand the vocational education,and strengthen the professional ideal of secondary vocational teachers;secondary vocational schools should strengthen the pertinence of carrying out professional ethics education for young teachers,strengthen the professional ethics education of young teachers in the entry period,strengthen the professional ethics education of young teachers The government should create a good social atmosphere for the construction of professional ethics of young teachers in secondary vocational schools,and improve the binding force of the evaluation mechanism of professional ethics of teachers in secondary vocational schools. |
