China is in a period of social transformation under the market economy, democracy and multicultural backgrounds, qualified citizens in a democratic society and the rule of law culture, to carry out civic education is an important foundation for the construction of political civilization. Adolescent stage of basic education is the formation of knowledge, attitudes, skills, critical period, as the citizens of every country to train qualified primary goal of basic education. Conform to the call of the times, high school courses required to compensate for the lack moral practice, the practice of civic education program introduced into the curriculum.In this paper, based on the junior high school civic education project management practices, in order to focus on the implementation of Nanjing,"the practice of civic education activities," as the research object, through literature studies, surveys, interviews, questionnaire analysis, action research, comparative studies and other research methods, H status of implementation of civic education school practice to inspect the project, to experience, to reflect the entire teaching process, summarize some management experience in civic education practice. Focus on the practical implementation of the management process of civic education activities were analyzed and found that one of the problems and difficulties in managing the implementation process encountered difficulties from the management to find a breakthrough in the implementation reveals inspiration for junior practice of civic education activities.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is an introduction. From the social background, Crispin discipline practices, such as the lack of perspective of the practical necessity of civic education activities; related researches the sort, explains the research ideas, methods, and civic education, civic education and practice practice the concept of research conducted literature review, the relevant core concepts were defined.The second chapter is the case of H through high school,"civic education practice," the steps and methods of presentation, as well as the actual process of reflection, explains the process of implementation of the management practices of Nanjing H school civic education activities.The third chapter is analyzed by principals, teachers, students, the results of interviews and questionnaires, by reflecting the author’s personal experience of the management process H school "practice of civic education project" Implementation of critical analysis, the author expresses his own experience and feelings.The fourth chapter is from the course management deficiencies, educational philosophy behind the quality of teachers, support limited resources, teaching ideas rigid interpretation of the H summarizes several angles school "practice of civic education project" management implementation problem.The fifth chapter is the revelation of the junior high school civic education management practices. For the plight of civic education activities encountered in practice, from government departments, schools, teachers at three levels, from the reform of curriculum system, enhancing teacher quality, different angles, such as the establishment of the evaluation system proposed strategies to solve the problem.
