The sport in Huai’an still has problems with recruiting players, coaches,combination of teaching and training, funds input, propaganda work, policy, place andequipment, etc. Despite all these, the Affiliated Middle School to Huaiyin TeachersCollege has been actively exploring solutions and approaches, and effects have beengained to different extents.3. The overall competitive level of teenage girl rugby sevens of Huai’an is low, and asa newly-born sports item, further popularization and improvement are still needed.
