In this paper, the characteristics of elite women's rugby 7s athletes work load of match play are studied, based on the activities of advanced women's rugby 7s athletes of Anhui Province,By testing the distance cover?heart rate?blood lactic acid in the game and the serum creatine kinase a in the next morning,to provide reference messages for the training of women's rugby 7s.The distance and heart rate in the game were measured in 4 games about group phase and semi finals3 and 4 of women's rugby tournament in Chengdu,The GPS-SPORTS of Australia and Germany EKF test instruments and Hitachi 7100 automatic biochemical are used to analysis the results of the distance cover?heart rate and blood lactic acid,?After the dates analytic statistics, the main finds are follows:1,The average distance cover of the women's rugby 7s player match is 1485.8m,but there is no significant difference compared Chinese elite women's rugby players with foreign rugby players in average running distance of the match;but the distance in the low speed range of activities is more,work-to-rest is significantly less than the foreign elite level;while in high speed running and sprint interval, the average distance is significantly lower than the foreign players, the competition intensity and competition level of Chinese women's seven are lower than Foreign athletes.and the striker in the game, the total running distance of each velocity range are not obviously difference between forwards and backs, each player running ability requirements are very high.2,For over 74.2% of the game, the players were exposed to heart rates(HRs)80% of their maximal HR.The heart rate of the women's rugby 7s in the match was higher that is related to the level of the game and the opponent, but it cannot be determined by the winning or losing. The high intensity interval time proportion in second half was higher than in the first half; And there were significant differences between the backs the and forward;there was a significant difference in the high intensity interval time distribution, the backs bear a higher heart rate.3The blood lactic acid level in competition was higher, and lactic acid can go up to 12mmol/L after the match-play.The energy come from the lactic acid,There was significant difference between the forward and the backs that the lactic acid level in the game was higher than the forwards;the levels of lactic acid was affected by the competition.4,For 12 hours after the game, the creatine kinase level of the internal load index increased by more than 4 times, which was related to the high speed running and the intense physical confrontation in the race,as well as the intensity of the rugby match.5,This study indicates that the physical demands of Rugby 7s are quite different from those encountered in other rugby codes and that the training regimes need to meet the increased overall running demands, the augmented high-intensity running actions, add high intensity interval and the reduced work-to-rest ratios?...
