With the implementation of curriculum reform advances, as more attention hasbeen paid to the development of professional teachers, the relatives research are alsogoing futher. Among them, study on expert and novice biology teacher is important partof gradually moving towards professional development of teachers. And it plays acrucial role in the comparative study on the mode of teaching.Taking the expert Biology teachers and the new ones as the research subject, the studymainly through the use of questionnaires, interviews, case analysis, classroomobservation scale for novice and expert teachers biology teacher before class teachingpattern of differences, the new medium of novice and expert teachers teaching model ofbiology teachers in the use and effect of a comparative study both issues. Derived fromcomparative study:(1)Choose on the basis,Expert teachers and new type biologicalvalue of class teaching mode choice, but expert biology teacher more based on theresearch of the teaching goal and students’ learning level to improve the teaching,thenew type biological teacher is focused on the control of the class, and ignore students’learning progress;(2)On the teaching mode of psychological,the expert biologyteachers are mainly from the students ’ learning experience and learning abilities ofthese two aspects to take into account, while novice biology teacher is more from thestudents ’ learning interest;(3)Unexpected events make predictions, Compared to thebiology teacher expert, novice predictions for biology teachers in the less. Throughinterviews: novice biology teachers teaching model for theoretical knowledge to mastermore, but they are in the teaching mode of selection, use less flexible, specialist biologyteachers are more willing to try new teaching mode. In the specific application ofclassroom teaching mode of, through classroom observation scale with students after class job error rate statistics, expert teaching model of biology teachers results thannovice biology teacher.Aiming at these differences, paper presented to the novice teaching model ofbiology teachers ’ pre-service and post training advice.
