Research about situational teaching, is the focus of teaching reform and of great significance, but also the majority of teachers in the education teaching practice have been explored and summarized the problems. High school students are in the critical period of growth and development, have a certain logical thinking ability but also has not been perfect, the formation of students’logical thinking also needs to support the life of the intuitive feelings, the maximum value of situational teaching is to make students in learning chemistry knowledge understanding from the feeling of more easily rise to rational knowledge.The creation of the teaching context in teaching to arouse the students’interest in learning, make the students’learning quality strive for further improvement, more effective learning goals within a short time. Study on the chemical teaching situation to improve the learning interest and efficiency of chemistry classroom teaching quality and students, has the extremely profound significance.In this paper, based on constructivist learning theory, is divided into five parts:The first part discusses the background, the purpose of the research, briefly explains the significance of the research.The second part first elaborated the teaching situation of the meaning, the present research on situational teaching from two perspectives of domestic and foreign.The third part from the constructivist learning theory, the research of the situational teaching has certain theoretical support, in support of these theories further explore the creation of basic situation required material, classification the situation material, to set the context principle, four aspects of teaching situation of function.Research and teaching practice of specific combination of the fourth part, through the knowledge of life, hot news, history of chemistry, chemical experiments, simulated associative way of creating teaching situation, and as a starting point, aiming at each link in chemistry classroom teaching practice direction for further study on the situational teaching.The fifth part focuses on the future development of question situation teaching, with the in-depth study of situational teaching problems, will inevitably encounter many problems for us to discuss and solve, accumulate and summarize the practical experience, hope to provide some help in this paper can be on the situational teaching theory of learning and teaching situation.
