Teachers’ training is the intrinsic requirement for the professional development ofteachers, and is of great importance to improve the quality of teachers. Now it hasbecome one of the most important ways to promote teacher education. Located in theSouthwest of China, Chong Qing has a disequilibrium between urbane and rural societywhich leads to a binary paradox in education. The quality of teachers has become thebottleneck of rural education. The countryside junior middle school ideological andmoral teachers in Chongqing, from2010began to accept the national trainingschool.During the four years, lots of financial and human cost has been dedicated to theplan and teacher education and training has been paid great attention.This thesis is based on some relevant documents about teacher training, pointing thetraining for Junior Middle School Ideological and moral teachers in rural areas in ChongQing. After a thorough research on the training effect of some Junior Middle SchoolIdeological and moral teachers in Tong Nan, a questionnaire on The Training Effect onJunior Middle School Ideological and moral Teachers in Rural Areas in Chong Qing isproduced. The purpose of the thesis is to study the training effect on those teachers whotook the national training in2011、2012and2013. Questionnaire and interview areapplied to the survey that contain basic information about training teachers, the overallsatisfaction assessment on training effect, and what effect it has on teachers’professional development. From the survey we draw a conclusion on the factors whichaffect the training effect of Junior Middle School Ideological and moral teachers in ruralareas in Chong Qing and some advices are given to improve the effect of the trainingclass for Junior Middle School Ideological and moral teachers.
