As the core of national talent training,the construction level of teachers directly determines the quality of talent training and the development prospect of education.High quality teachers can foster the construction of high quality education system during the 14 th Five-year Plan period.However,in the process of vigorously strengthening teacher professional training and promoting teacher professional development,there are still some problems: 1.The initiative of teachers as learners is often ignored;2.Teacher training participation needs to be improved;3.The effect of teacher training is hardly comparable to the high educational financial expenditure.Therefore,it is very important to pay attention to the relationship between individual factors,training participation and training effect of teacher training in the stage of basic education.How to effectively coordinate the relationship between the pre-training and post-training,and how to adopt training management strategies and effectiveness improvement strategies have become important issues to be urgently solved in teacher training.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,this research lays a solid foundation for the scientific selection of personal factors and training participation indicators and the model construction of their impact on training effects through extensive literature collection.The teacher training effect research questionnaire has been used to provide all teachers in S schools in H city.Conducted field research and conducted in-depth interviews with some teachers.On the basis of survey data,the difference between work intensity,professional title and educational level is compared,and the correlation between individual factors,training participation and training effect is explored.Meanwhile,it constructs the influence path of teacher's individual factors and training participation degree on training effect.Based on the analysis of personal factors,training participation degree and the correlation and difference of training effect,it further predicts those with different personal factors and training participation degree.The difference in the effectiveness of teachers' training.This research is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Bandura's self-efficacy theory,teachers' professional development stage theory,and adult learning theory.The data is obtained by means of training status analysis,training participation degree and training effect difference comparison,respectively,the relationship between individual factors,training participation degree and training effect is explored,and the variables are discovered the causality through regression analysis and path analysis..In order to further predict the difference in the training effect of teachers with different personal factors and training participation,the data is also included in the logistic regression analysis.Finally,we conducted in-depth interviews with some teachers to explore the nature of the problems behind the data.According to data statistical analysis and related interview materials,the main findings of this study are as follows :(1)teacher training participation is generally high,but there is a relatively large difference in emotional engagement;(2)The overall performance of teacher training is good,but the improvement of cognition and satisfaction is relatively different;(3)Teacher training participation has a direct positive influence on teacher training effect;(4)There are significant differences in teacher training participation among different professional titles;(5)Work intensity has negative influence on teacher training effect;(6)There is no obvious difference in the training effect of teachers with different educational backgrounds.Research shows that the effect of teacher training is significantly affected by learner's individual factors and training participation.Teachers,as learners in training activities,have a direct and significant impact on the training effect,while teachers' degree of participation is affected by individual factors to a certain extent.Based on the above findings,this study puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: individual teachers,training organizers,and schools:(1)For the individual teachers,clarify career planning and improve training effects;(2)For the training organizers,respect The main status of teachers is to pay attention to individual differences in teachers;(3)For schools,only by reducing the burden on teachers can the training increase efficiency.It is hoped that through the cooperation of all parties,the effectiveness of teacher training will be improved.
