Adolescents are core values in today’s world each developed country generally attaches great importance to the problem, is also an important academic field of humanities and social science focus. But for lack of minority adolescents in the study and the study of cross-border ethnic groups actively foster minority adolescents’core values, and make it into the whole process of ethnic school education system. Theoretically, this is the important content of adhering to and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and guarantee is to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics important task; from a practical point of view, it is the integration of diverse social ideological trend, embodies social consensus, the basic way to realize the unity of harmony and urgent need.This paper adopts questionnaire investigation and case interview form, in Yanji City, at the beginning of high school students as the research object, to understand the form values of Korean students, comparison of Korean students values differences in demographic variables, and puts forward the way to cultivate the values of the Korean students. Research on strengthening the patriotic education, the school to strengthen national unity, promote the harmonious stability and national long period of stability of border area, has the important theory value and practical value.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, theoretical deduction and induction, analysis methods and the use of a combination of qualitative and quantitative, the contents mainly:1. The connotation and research status of values;2. At home and abroad about the research status and trend of the values of the youth;3. Korean students value differences in demographic variables;4. effective ways to promote the values of the Korean students.The results show that:1. On the whole, Korean students value (life value, economic value, political value, cultural value, life value) is generally rising. 2. The Korean high school students in the "competition","responsibility" value shows differences in gender; In the "honest and trustworthy","law-abiding","patriotic" value shows differences on the urban and rural; In the "innovation","freedom","responsibility" value shows differences on grade.3. Korean high school students hold attaches great importance to the " law-abiding ", igno re the values of " self-reliance care ".4. Between Korean students and male, female overall evaluation of the basic values of the same. Honest and trustworthy, respect, law-abiding and responsibility the highest importance evaluation, self-care self-reliance, dedication, personality and competition the lowest importance evaluation. The core value sharing Korean students view as honesty, respect, law-abiding, responsibility.
