The Key Competencies are the key ability,the essential character and the value concept that the individual shows in the complex situation in the information-based,global and learning society.Among them,values are the core of key Competencies,and values play a guiding role in personal behavior.Learning value is the expression of values in the learning field,which guides individual learning activities.Tracing the learning values of junior high school students from a source perspective is significant for understanding the current situation and development of students' learning values.Value is a recognition of the significance of the relationship between subject and object in value activities.Learning value is the expression of human values in the learning field.This study is based on Marx's theory of value,theory of value clarification,Piaget's epistemology,Maslow's theory of needs hierarchy,and the social and cultural theory of the social history and culture of Victoria.It analyzes the structure and mode of learning values and forms the frame model of the eight major sources of learning values.According to the learning value source model,we compiled the questionnaire of junior high school students' learning values,and investigated the J junior middle school in Shanghai.The survey found that: at the macro level,we found that the traditional culture of the learning values of junior high school students has weakened the influence of the students,and the popular culture has a strong influence on the students' learning values.At the meso level,urban culture and school culture have great influence on students.At the micro level,students' subjective consciousness is weak,and their emotions are indifferent.Examples,special experiences and needs of people are not aroused.Therefore,this study suggests that we should establish a positive source of learning values based on positive learning values.On the macro level,we should strengthen the influence of traditional culture and strengthen the norms of popular culture;on the middle view,we should pay attention to the urban culture and the construction of campus culture;in the microcosmic,we should attach importance to emotional education,stimulate the emotional consciousness of the students,promote the students' inner needs and their own experience,and strengthen the example education.From the three aspects of macro,meso and micro,a positive and harmonious source of learning values is constructed.
