The Research On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Public Sports Service Development In Lin Yi Shan Dong Province

The urban-rural integration is a new developing view to break the dual structure in China. Itreflects variations of the urban-rural relationship between the modernization and urbanization.The integration of urban and rural public sports service is one of the important part of the theurban-rural integration. From the overall development trend of our nation and sports, the need ofthe residents of the urban and rural areas, the integration of urban and rural public sports servicewill become the new rule of our public sports service.This article bases on the implementation of current status of the integration of public service inLin Yi, using the literature, questionnaire, statistic, observation expert interview, logical analysismethods to investigation, in order to improve the quality of public services sports to enable themto better serve the public.In this study, a comprehensive analysis of the practical problems of these reaches the followingconclusions:First, unreasonable distribution of sports facilities and fitness equipment obsolete in Lin Yi cannotbe good to meet people’s sports needs.Second, urban and rural public sports service organization system is outstanding, Rural residentsto participate in physical exercise mainly autonomous organization, the organization form of othersports activities less; sports supervision departments do not care about the daily work，do notunderstand the current sports situation, do not date sports information back to the masses in time,these cause people to conduct sports activities blindly.Third, the lack of guidance personnel as sports, emphasis on training in all areas is not enough.The number and quality has the unbalanced problems. Residents did not receive sports scientificguidance. The social sports instructor has not play the proper role.Fourth, people participate in sports is not better stratification,Fifth, there is not a complete sports performance evaluation system, whether the current sportsservice reaches the request of people cannot determine.Sixth, the government did not pay enough attention to the integration of urban and rural publicsports service, although it is brought into the government’s schedule’s.Seventh，study also finds there are several reasons to hinder the development of the Integration ofUrban and Rural Public Sports Service, such as the environment, economical level, educationalstatus, policies and the residents’ different concepts.In this paper, we will put forward referential suggestion for the development of the integration ofurban and rural public sports service in Lin Yi.Transforming the development ideas to promote the integration of urban and rural public sportsservice development plan.Strengthening the organizational leadership, plan as a whole to develop urban and rural sportsactivities, to establish perfect fitness organization network system.
