Urban and rural education integration is an important part of urban and rural economic and social integration.Urban and rural integration involves many aspects,among which,the integration of urban and rural public services,including education,is one of its important contents.Whether in policy research or in educational practice,the integration of urban and rural education is gradually advancing.In July 2016,the State Council's Opinions on Promoting the Reform and Development of Urban-Rural Compulsory Education Integration for the first time put forward the overall goal and development measures of urban-rural compulsory education integration from the national policy level.Based on the macro background of national economic and social development and educational reform practice,based on the existing rich theoretical research results and the overall thinking of urban and rural education integration in China,this study chooses Anhui Province as the research area,Anhui Province as the research area,Anhui Province as the urban and rural compulsory education integration as the focus,prefectural and municipal administrative divisions as the overall consideration,human-land relations regional system theory,basic theory of educational geography as the theoretical basis,2012,2014,2016,2018 as the time scale,municipal administrative areas as the spatial scale,on the basis of a large number of urban and rural compulsory education basic data collection,By using the Arcgis GIS software,this paper analyzes and studies the evolution of urban and rural compulsory education in Anhui Province in the past ten years,and studies the theoretical basis,concept definition,policy change,existing problems,cause analysis,path exploration and so on.Firstly,this paper is devoted to combing and summarizing the research results of the level and type,index system,development stage,motive mechanism,development mode and practice of urban and rural education integration in foreign countries.In the part of concept definition and theoretical basis,this paper mainly clarifies several important concepts involved in this study: urban-rural,urban-rural relationship,urbanrural integration and urban-rural education integration,and deeply explains several theoretical bases of this study: urban-rural integration theory,human-land relationship regional system theory,regional development theory and educational equity theory.According to the characteristics of the development stage of urban and rural education integration,referring to the relevant evaluation index system,using Delphi expert scoring method and referring to the relevant educational statistical data yearbook,the paper fully considers the spirit of national,provincial and municipal educational documents.According to the established index system to monitor the development level of urban and rural education integration in Anhui Province,the development level of urban and rural education integration in urban and rural areas is evaluated in time and space.According to the evaluation index system and educational statistics of urban and rural education integration in Anhui Province,the Arc GIS GIS analysis software is used to map the time series and spatial evolution of the results.This paper comprehensively analyzes the evolution process of five index systems: the overall level of urban-rural education integration and the integration of educational opportunities,the integration of school conditions,the integration of teachers,the integration of educational funds and the integration of educational quality.According to the environmental basis of natural geography,human geography and economic geography,as well as the principle of urban-rural education integration zoning,the paper divides the development level space of urban-rural education integration into four development areas: high speed development area,medium speed development area,medium and low speed development area and low speed development area.According to the results of space-time evolution analysis and related statistical data,and the integration of urban and rural education in the city,the problems and causes in the development process are analyzed.The main reasons are: the urbanrural dual economic and social structure and urban-rural development imbalance,elite education concept and key primary and secondary school policies,the total amount of education investment and structural imbalance,the impact of new urbanization construction," county-oriented " education management system,the central and local power and responsibility asymmetry.Finally,in view of the above existing problems and cause analysis,the main path exploration.Including: adhere to the concept of coordinated development of education,economy and society,deepen the reform of system and mechanism,coordinate urban and rural education planning,continue to increase investment,optimize investment methods,reform the education and personnel system,and improve teachers' professional development literacy.At present,our country has entered the decisive stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way and is in the critical period of the deep development of new urbanization,which puts forward new requirements for improving the conditions and quality of compulsory education as a whole.At the same time,the reform of household registration system,the adjustment of family planning policy,the population and the flow of students have brought great challenges to the planning and layout of compulsory education schools in urban and rural areas and the supply of urban degree,which highlights the significance of this study.This study aims to comprehensively study the development course,practical exploration,educational reform and achievement path of urban and rural compulsory education integration in Anhui province in the past ten years through policy text,theoretical basis,space-time distribution evolution,index system evaluation and so on.
