Research On The Equalization Of Public Services For Urban And Rural Sports In Yangzhou City

Sports public service is the material basis for implementing the national fitness program,improving the health of the national physique,improving the overall quality of the nation,and promoting the building of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization.Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan",China's sports public utilities have developed rapidly,and the construction of sports public facilities has been greatly improved.The demand for sports is increasing,and the phenomenon of non-equalization of urban and rural sports public services is gradually increasing.It is highlighted that the growing demand for sports culture in the remote villages far from the city can no longer be met.So far,the allocation of sports public resources and services in a fair,effective and reasonable way through the means of stocking potential and the establishment of equalization of urban and rural sports public services is the key to solving the problem of rural residents' sports demand.Based on the problem,this paper analyzes the current situation of urban and rural sports public services in Yangzhou City from the aspects of fairness,effectiveness and rationality,and reveals the main influences of urban and rural sports public services non-equalization.The factors provide reasonable suggestions for the equalization development of urban and rural sports public services in Yangzhou City,and establish a complete technical route from"introduction of theory" to "practical application".This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the preliminary theoretical preparation and structure establishment of this research.Firstly,through the formulation of the research background and research significance,it puts forward the problems to be solved in the process of equalization of urban and rural sports public services in Yangzhou.Secondly,it summarizes and studies the research status at home and abroad,and understands the relevant research results on the equalization of public services,sports public services and sports public services at home and abroad,and reviews the literature to better understand the research of this topic.status quo.Finally,starting from the research content,the research structure of this paper is established,the main research contents and research methods of this paper are determined,and the research focus and difficulty are pointed out.The second part mainly defines the definition of related concepts involved in this paper,and introduces the relevant theoretical basis of this paper,laying a good theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.The third part mainly from seven aspects of Yangzhou urban and rural sports public service funding,site facilities,sports activities,residents' sports demand and service satisfaction,equalization system construction and residents' sports activities guidance At this stage,Yangzhou City's urban and rural public sports service equalization level is evaluated.The fourth part mainly points out the factors affecting the equalization of sports public services in Yangzhou City,including the imbalance of urban and rural economic development,the imbalance of urban and rural financial investment,the system system,the supervision and management issues,and the neglect of social sports organizations.Finally,it puts forward reasonable suggestions for the promotion of urban and rural sports public service equalization in Yangzhou City.
