The Study Of Dynamic Mechanism Of Urban-rural Integration Development Of Public Sports Service In Jinan City

Research purposes:In this article, through the research of the urban-ruralintegration development in sports public service motivation mechanism of the existingtheory and research results, combined with the status in quo and characteristics of thecity Jinan, the research focuses on the urban-rural integration development in Jinansports public service motivation mechanism. In order to promote its development andestablish dynamic model, this paper has carried on the case study of Xusheng villagein the city Jinan ZhangQiu, and it also has simulated and analyzed dynamicalmechanism model of the urban-rural integration development in sports public servicemotivation mechanism. In order to improve the sports public services of urban andrural integration development dynamic mechanism, a series of suggestions andcountermeasures are put forward.Research methods:This paper mainly used the literature material method,interview method, system dynamic method and instance analysis and other researchmethods, and it puts forward some suggestions to improve the dynamic mechanism ofand countermeasures research.The results of the study:In this article, through analyzing the urban-ruralintegration development in Jinan sports public service motivation mechanism, thestudy has built the model. Take Xusheng village in the city Jinan ZhangQiu as anexample, the article has carried on the computer simulation analysis and concludedthat the simulation results completely conforms to the reality, by controlling andchanging the influence factors to influence the development of the system.Research conclusion and suggestion:Through system analysis of this article, it isconcluded that the jinan sports public services completely accords with the definitionof systematics for system integration of urban and rural development, formed acomplete system. By establishing the dynamic mechanism of sports public services ofurban and rural integration development of jinan, improve internal and externalfactors, to better promote the integration of urban and rural development of jinan citysports public service. And, to the development of sports public services of urban and rural integration, adequate funding is the foundation, fitness service industry is themain part of the sports public services, the residents’ fitness consciousness is the key,the laws, regulations and policies is its guarantee.In order to promote the development of the urban-rural integration developmentthe jinan sports public service, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:Establishing and perfecting the public sports facilities funds safeguard mechanism;Vigorously support the development of social science fitness services; Give full playto the effect of sports events, strengthen propaganda, enhance people’s fitnessconsciousness; Give full play to the role of the sports organizations at the grass-rootslevel; To promote traditional sports, rich sports content.
