The Purpose of Research: with the background of culture’s development,Chinese traditional culture has been paid more and more attention, Chinese Wushucalled Guoshu as an important part of Chinese traditional culture has also beenattached importance, the development of Chinese Wushu has become a significantissue for Wushu-people. At present the international spreading of Chinese wushu hasmet a few problems that cause the international road of Chinese wushu go slowly andeven met bottleneck. To solve this problem, it guides Chinese Wushu internationalstrategy and find the new break and new way by usin《gArts of War》’s Wushu thought.Research Method:this study analyzes the current international spreading ofChinese Wushu and “Arts of War” by using documentary, expert interview,questionnaire survey method, content analysis, mathematical statistics and otherresearch methods from four different aspects of the spiritual power, ideology, militaryoperations methods, the concept of "tao, law" to refine the ideas of Wushu of “Arts ofWar”. It carried on the systematic analysis of present situation of internationalcommunication of Chinese wushu from four different angles and studied deeply&demonstrated fully on Chinese Wushu international spread by using refining theWushu thought of “Ars of War”.Research conclusions: the current international communication of Chinesewushu lay particular stress on Wushu technology spreading, lack of culturalconnotation promotion; Wushu dissemination’s content is single which restricts theirown development;Promotion policies and regulations of Chinese Wushu is imperfect,Wushu talents is lack which cause the scale of Wushu subject is small and thedevelopment is lagging; the innovation of Wushu is insufficient, it can’t connect withsocial which is not easy to be accepted. By the questionnaire investigation of the threeareas of foreigners learning Chinese Wushu, Wushu professional coaches and relatedWushu spreaders, it is concluded that the Chinese wushu spreading content, method,the ages and liking degree of foreigners who learn Chinese Wushu, Chinese Wushuspreading effect and other indicators, these indicators combined with Sun Tzu’s Wushu thoughts analysis and guide the developing direction of the internationalcommunication of Chinese Wushu.Research Suggest: it is believed that international communication of Chinesewushu need Wushu related spreaders get together. They have courage to keep up withthe background of The Times, seize the opportunity to gain the initiative in the Wushudevelopment, make use of effective resources, cultivate comprehensive talents Wushutalents, find the subject of the Wushu broadcasting through formulating reasonablerules and incentives, bold innovation to explore the new direction of the developmentof Chinese wushu dissemination, break through the existing bottleneck, realize thedevelopment of international communication of Chinese Wushu.
