To promote the Chinese to accelerate to the world, to enhance the influence ofChinese language and culture, China has set up overseas to teach Chinese languageand Chinese culture for the purpose of dissemination of educational institutions"Confucius Institute." Promotion of Chinese martial arts as a typical representative oftraditional culture, to promote Chinese culture and show the nation’s personality andstyle to open a window, how the international promotion of Chinese as anopportunity to make use of the foreign language teaching platform in Russia betterfor effective dissemination of martial arts to improve the international promotion ofChinese martial arts in an important position, Chinese and Chinese sports culture toachieve a win-win, this is a worthy of our study.Article Confucius Institute of the Russian Federation Wushu elective course in2013100students as research subjects. The use of literature, field observation, expertinterviews, questionnaires, statistics and other methods for investigating the status ofteaching martial arts, the results showed that:(1)by the Confucius Institute at the University of the Russian Federationmartial arts teaching, so that students in learning Chinese language and also learnedmore about the Chinese martial arts, language and sports to achieve win-winsituation creates opportunities.(2)For the Confucius Institute students develop martial examination standardsis not perfect, does not strictly regulate the appraisal standards. Wushu teachingprocess, students considered the greatest difficulty encountered martial arts action aremany and complex, larger changes. Language and cultural differences become anobstacle to mutual exchange between teachers and students an important factor, forinsufficient attention to how to overcome this discrepancy.(3) gorgeous external manifestation of martial arts is to attract Russianstudents learn the most important factor, but ignoring its self-cultivation, temper will,physical fitness intrinsic spiritual nature, to promote the internationalization processshould be strengthened more about Martial Arts the intrinsic value of positiveguidance.On this basis, through a multifaceted, multi angle analysis of the RussianFederation for the Confucius Institute teaching many problems existing in theprocess initially asked the following measures: (1)Higher authorities-Hanban (Confucius Institute Headquarters) should beteaching the martial arts with the foreign language teaching into a unifiedmanagement, and effectively improve the promotion of culture in the martial arts inChina’s position.(2)Formulate a reasonable specification of external professional teachingmartial arts, martial arts teachers to encourage further exploration of foreign studentsstudying in foreign special Sharia law. Foreign language teachers should be based onthe ability to accept students at different stages and sports law, according to theactual level of the students on the teaching process problems, so individualized,selective implementation of best teaching methods, combined with domestic andinternational differences in teaching students with different characteristics, mobilityRussian student learning martial enthusiasm and desire to explore.(3)Martial international perspective in order to carry out for the Russianstudents to the systematic study of martial arts teaching in the focus of foreignpropaganda, but in its external manifestations, while emphasizing its intrinsicspiritual nature, and gradually expand the Confucius Institute at the Russian martialarts teaching college size, further Martial Arts in Chinese language and culture toimprove the promotion of an important position.
