Present Situation Investigation Of Rural Junior Middle School Physical Education In Jiaozuo Henan Province Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

Over the years, our rural development has been seriously behind in the city.Rural school education and physical education also could not get good development.However, with the implementation of the new socialist rural construction in ourcountry, all countryside setting off a wave of new countryside construction, whosecontent is "production development, life affluent, rural culture, clean and tidy village,managed democracy". The development of the rural society has welcomed a goodopportunity. Similarly, the rural sports also became glowing with vitality, and the ruralschool physical education plays an important role in the development of rural sports.In this context, research on the development of school physical education in ruralareas seems to be very necessary.Due to the limited conditions, this research took rural middle school of Jiaozuoarea as the main research object in the background of new rural construction, adoptedthe literature material method, field interview method, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and so on, investigated the present situation of rural juniormiddle school physical education. Through the investigation of the developmentstatus of rural middle school in Jiaozuo area under the background of building a newsocialist countryside, we try to find its development problems, locate the developmentdilemma, discuss how to make rural junior middle school sport of Jiaozuo area getbetter development under the background of new rural construction of socialism, andpromote the construction of new socialist countryside in the region.The survey found that with the new rural construction, rural middle school inJiaozuo has made great progress, but there are still many problems:1. Most rural junior middle school of Jiaozuo area can carry out physicaleducation normally, but fewer classes per week, and sports class are often beenoccupied. A lot of school physical education content is monotonous, boring, andcannot effectively attract children to participate in. Sports class atmosphere is notactive, etc.2. Students ’ extracurricular physical activities in rural junior middle school ofJiaozuo area are not ideal. People who can usually being able to participate inextracurricular sports activities accounted for only about half the number.3. In Jiaozuo area, the sports venue’s size and quantity of the rural juniormiddle school sports is seriously insufficient, it can’t satisfy the sports teachingactivity of teachers and students’ daily physical activity. There are few hidden safetyproblems in sports venues, which affect the school sports work smoothly. In the sportsequipment, most schools have less number of equipment, and the problems of poorquality.4. The number of rural junior middle schools physical education teachers isseriously insufficient in Jiaozuo area, a lot of physical education teachers also areother subject teachers. The treatment of PE teachers is poor compared with othersubject teachers, and they have low status. A part of the PE teachers in physicaleducation unable to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, the effect of physical education is poor.5. In this survey,62%of students often cannot attend his most loved sports, inthe cause of hindering them to participate in their favorite sport, the first three are "notime","no equipment or lack of equipment","no peer".6. The thought of despising physical traditionally in rural people is an importantcause of the lag of the development in rural school physical education.In combination with the practical situation of rural junior middle schoolphysical education in Jiaozuo area, this study puts forward the following suggestions:We should take the school sports work as an important breakthrough to implementrural sports, improve policies, and strengthen scientific guidance, to make sure schoolsports work smoothly; Improve school teachers’ and students’ perceptions of physicaleducation; Optimizing the use of rural school facilities and equipments; To improvethe rural school sports teachers be equipped with perfect, and increase communicationbetween urban and rural sports teachers; Experience and reference from thedevelopment of rural school sports in foreign countries;Use a variety of conditions tolet students feel happiness in the sport; Seize new opportunities of the "urbanization"development, improve the rural school sports.
