| The rural revitalization strategy is the key strategy to solve the "three rural issues" and promote the rural work.The strategy of rural revitalization not only focuses on rural industry and economic development,but also emphasizes "giving priority to the development of rural education".In the revitalization of rural education,the construction of rural teachers is a key force that cannot be ignored.At present,there are many problems in the team building of rural teachers in China,which are mainly reflected in the unbalanced structure of teachers,the loss of excellent teachers and other aspects,which restrict the development of rural education,and thus have a negative impact on the effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of summarizing and integrating the existing research results of domestic and foreign scholars,it defines the relevant concepts of Rural Revitalization Strategy,and rural teachers,and rural teacher team construction.At the same time,it also introduces the two factor incentive theory,the educational equity theory,and human capital theory as support in this paper,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the follow-up research work;In terms of practical research,this paper selects the construction of rural teachers in Yuanbaoshan District,Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as the research object,and uses various methods such as field investigation and questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the problems existing in the construction of rural teacher talent team in this district.It also analyzes the reasons for existence of the problem from the policy implementation,team management,incentive mechanism,professional identity and puts forward corresponding improvement countermeasures on this basis. |
