Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Sports Facilities Construction In Qingzhou City,Shandong Province

In recent years,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the development of China's sports industry,and have issued a number of laws and policies.China's sports industry has ushered in a golden period of development,which has been progressing steadily.Rural sports,as an important part of China's sports undertakings,is of great significance to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of farmers,improve their quality of life and promote their health.Concern and Research on the development of rural sports are not only the needs of sports undertakings,but also the needs of China's social development.The construction of rural sports facilities is an important link in the development of rural sports.Its quality can directly affect the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in sports activities.In Some Opinions on Promoting the Construction of New Socialist Countryside”put forward by the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,"Farmers'Sports Fitness Project" should be organized and implemented nationwide during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period.In response to the call of the state for sports fitness project,rural areas throughout the country actively began to build sports venues,equipment and other facilities,so progress in building a new socialist countryside is being made.Cheng Zhong must attach importance to the construction of rural sports facilities.Based on the actual situation of rural development in Qingzhou City,Shandong Province,the present situation of farmers'participation in sports and the construction of rural sports facilities,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics to study the development status of rural sports,the construction status of rural sports facilities and rural sports facilities.Three aspects of the development trend of construction were investigated,and some loopholes were found in the construction of rural sports facilities in Qingzhou City,Shandong Province.Through investigation and analysis,the following six conclusions were drawn:(1)uneven distribution of resources of rural sports facilities;(2)serious shortage of rural sports facilities;(3)insufficient understanding of sports facilities by rural residents;(4)constraints on the level of rural economic development.The development of sports facilities construction;(5)there are loopholes in the supervision and policy making of rural sports facilities construction;(6)the opening degree of sports facilities in some rural schools to society is relatively low.Based on the government's relevant policies,systems,regulations and some effective measures and experiences at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the improvement of rural sports facilities construction in Qingzhou City,Shandong Province:(1)the popularization of rural sports facilities services;(2)the diversification of the types and forms of rural sports facilities;(3)the diversification of the construction subjects of rural sports facilities;(4)the multi-channel financing of rural sports facilities;(5)the rationalization of the utilization of rural sports facilities resources;(6)the scientific management of rural sports facilities.
