The Adaptability Research Of Rural Sports Development And The Rural Social Change Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

The new rural construction is a major move of comprehensive construction well-off society and slove the "san-nong"questions and to balance urban and rural development,which covers the rural areas of political, economic, cultural and other fields.This major stratrgy provided opportunities for rural social development in all aspects. As an important part of new rural construction, rural sports will promote while new rural construction advanced.In this paper, we used literature, interview, questionnaire, statistics and other methods.First of all, this dissertation surveied people's production and lifestyles, living patterns, population type, economic development and cultural facilities, on the basis of it, summarizes opportunities for rural sports based on this series of social development. Secondly, analysis the development of rural sports integrated circumstance as sources of funds, facilities, organization, publicity, backboneas tanlents, activities, and so on. Studies suggest that:Somewhere of of rural sports in shuitu town are adapt to social change,and somewhere are not adapted. The adaptive place mainly for:the government has moved the attention to rural sports development in the macroscopic aspect; take the development of rural sports into the overall planning of construction of new rural construction; take part in mass sports game constantly which organized by Superior departments; grassroots organization develops well, such as chen-wanlian point,older sports association,sports team organized by Enterprise and sports fans; and all kinds of sports backbones; local characteristic sports programs—baba-dance develops well, in addition to daily exercise, the players were attended games organized in Chongqing; Residents who taking part in physical exercise their value orientation are various. The inadaptive place mainly for:management power shortage; the managers multiple roles; social sports instructor does not play its role; publicity contents and way are simple; residents of sports consciousness needs improvement; the facilities are lacking.
