In1992, our country promulgated the regulation on school health work and outline ofthe health education of primary and middle school students "regulation, primary andsecondary schools must courses in health education, at least one hour every two weekshealth education. For school health education in the field of consensus is in our country,on the basis of social requirements, conditions and specifications, for teenagers to have apurpose, planned, organized and able to evaluate the education activities. They set up themodern concept of health, master scientific health care knowledge, develop healthybehavior and way of life, promote health of body and mind development level, for thehealthy development to lay a solid foundation for life.However, reveals the development countries breath, heralding the motherland in thefuture trend of the healthy growth of teenagers should have in our great love withoutborders of all-round education care under the growth, but as a result of congenitalformation or the day after tomorrow the influence of bad living habits, but they frequentlyencountering such as "lack of sense of beauty","poor posture,""deformed body shape"and other similar words and comments, they are like a sharp knife, ruthlessly to discloseus directly for their elaborate "health body armor" every loophole.This research used the literature material method, experimental testing method, theteaching experiment method, comparative method, mathematical statistics, case studymethod, with the Shanghai Yangpu district primary school children as the research base,choose the fourth grade two natural classes (60students) as a practice teaching as anexample, through setting-up exercise "sunrise" promotion of Wushu teaching andordinary routine physical education teaching effects on the students’ attitude andpsychological comparison research, aims to promote martial arts movements in primaryand secondary school health posture development provides the basis of the theory andpractice.According to the results of this research:1. In the positive policy to guide the practice of school health education concept,using the wushu exercise "sunrise" activities for the carrier, through martial arts,"12" typeteaching characteristics, in order to realize the student body posture health and cognitivehealth and mental health for the teaching goal, USES the many kinds of organization,teaching methods and teaching evaluation system based on the students’ physiologicalcharacteristics, follow the teaching law of teaching design is different from the traditionalsports teaching.2. The concept of health education of wushu exercise teaching compared with theconventional teaching sports, the former teaching body posture for elementary schoolhealth has a more significant impact on wushu exercise teaching for students are the headsof the hip is four parts of the body, the ventral and lateral thoracic attitude has a goodeffect; After the experiment of physical education in regular shoulder is, ventral effect;Experimental adversary is after the experiment, back, shoulder, shoulder side, the ventralside, waist side has a good effect.3. The experimental group under the concept of health education of wushu exerciseteaching than the control group routine teaching has good effect on posture of cognition. Wushu exercise teaching in understanding "posture" and "bad posture of knowledge","genetic factors and body posture relationship","posture importance","right line sittingposture of standards","concern for posture","" the premise of good posture haveimportant influence on cognitive function.4. The experimental group than the control group under the concept of healtheducation of martial arts teaching sports routine teaching has good effect on mental health.Experimental teaching in Wushu exercise learning disabilities, bad habits, behaviordisorders, mood disorders, social adaptation obstacles, character flaw the impact of theseaspects are more important.
