Researches show that the knowledge gained by informal learning accounts formore than70%of all knowledge. With the popularity of lifelong learning andfragmented learning, informal learning is a major method of knowledge acquisition atpresent. In the era of Web2.0, all kinds of social networks have quickly become a partof people’s life. Therefore, learning anywhere and everywhere is not a kind of appealsand demands any more, but a way for people in the new era to learn, which hasimportant implications for building a lifelong learning and learning society. Duringinformal learning, knowledge management plays an important role in improvinglearning efficiency and promoting individual competitiveness. However, microbloghas been widely favored by learners due to its advantages of low threshold, real time,convenience, interaction, and so on, while its function also provides convenience tolearners to carry out knowledge management. Hence, how to utilize the microblogplatform to improve the learning efficiency of informal learning and to promotelearners’knowledge management is worthy of further research and exploration.According to constructivism, group dynamics theory and distributed cognitiontheory, this thesis analyzes the influencing factors of informal learning knowledgemanagement from four perspectives of technology, motivation, task and environmentby means of teasing research results at home and abroad on microblog, its educationapplication, informal learning and the relationship between knowledge managementand microblog. In addition, this thesis also proposes influencing factor model ofknowledge management of informal learning community and research hypothesisunder the environment of microblog.This thesis designs a questionnaire on influencing factors of knowledgemanagement on informal learning community in accordance with the imaginedconceptual model of knowledge management. It also checks the reliability andvalidity of the questionnaire by means of a small sample test. Besides, it carries outsample survey formally and data analysis on questionnaire results by utilizing SPSSsoftware on the basis of high reliability and validity, as well as verifies thepresupposed influence factors of knowledge management. Statistics indicate thatdifferent ages, educations, occupations have significant impacts on knowledgemanagement.Based on theoretical research and empirical analysis, this thesis proposes thepromotion strategy of knowledge management on informal learning community underthe environment of microblog. What’s more, it also makes elaboration from threeaspects of motivation stimulating strategies in spontaneous stage, knowledgemanagement strategies in active participating stage and knowledge innovativestrategies in target reached stage.
