Knowledge management has been recognized as one of the most important part to keep organizational competitiveness in the knowledge economic era. However, as shown in survey, knowledge sharing is an important but difficult activity in knowledge management practice.Among the many and varied reason, it is generally believed that the knowledge leaguer would not like to share his important information or knowledge resource. Consequently, the factors, which influencing on the knowledge sharing, must be understood before the measure is taken to improve individual’s knowledge sharing behavior. Only by this way, the knowledge sharing mechanism can run well.After reviewing the knowledge management theory, team theory, social exchange theory, social cognitive theory based on related work, the influencing factors of team knowledge sharing were analyzed. Through the questionnaire investigation of the effective sample, using the statistical analysis and structural equation model of the sample data processing, the theoretical results are amended.Using grounded theory methods explore the deep factor of the impact for knowledge sharing behavior. Root analysis over literature make the relevant content about the knowledge sharing in the material to be conceptualization, categorization and coding process and the build the model based on the graduate knowledge sharing factors. The result for model theory saturation test shows that factors and the relationship in the model are saturated. The result shows that the graduate knowledge sharing behavior will be influenced by eight factors: personal factors, trust factors, emotional factors, interpersonal factors, motivational factors, interest factors, environmental factors and psychological factors. Then verify the relevance with the knowledge sharing model and further reveal the action mechanism of the factors. Based on the reference and study of related variables on the previous study,we use questionnaire design and questionnaire investigation, then process the sample data with SPSS20.0 software. The theoretical model of this study is verified and revised According to the results, combined with the management practice, team knowledge sharing improving advice were put forward, and the future study was discussed as well.
