Web2.0era characteristics such as openness, personalized and sharing makes a variety of social network has become an integral part of people’s life, work and study, anytime, anywhere learning under the new era calls for people to become a way of learning, informal learning style has also had the new change, which is of great significance to the construction of lifelong the learning type society. The effective application of knowledge management in the informal learning plays an important role in improving the learning efficiency and enhances competitiveness of the learners’ knowledge.WeChat as a new type of instant messaging services, in real-time, convenience, sharing and accurate characteristics quickly favored by the majority of learners. Provides a way to learn WeChat for informal learning, but also provides a knowledge management tool, but it can be very good support for informal learning and knowledge for effective management of informal learning remains to be seen. Therefore, how to use the WeChat supports informal learning, promote learners to the effective management of knowledge is worth us to study and explore.At first, this paper mainly analyzed the current status of research at home and abroad on the informal learning, knowledge management, WeChat by literature research and comparative research methods, on the basis of the statement of the relevant concepts and theoretical basis. Followed by analysis of the network of informal learning environments and learning resources management related issues, on the basis of the WeChat with the blog and micro-blog were analyzed in terms of features, such as the study of the micro-channel is applied informal learning and knowledge management feasibility. Finally, the proposed WeChat of informal learning model based on the theory of constructivism, Unicom theory and knowledge management theory, and constructs the model of knowledge management based on WeChat informal learning environment.Studies suggest that informal learning in the network environment of learning resources repetition multifarious, lack of unified standards in the management, WeChat provide the technology platform of humanity and related functional support for informal learning and knowledge management, can help learners use WeChat on informal learning knowledge for effective management, improve the efficiency of informal learning, is a kind of effective tool. |
