With the rapid development of knowledge and information, today,culture, science andtechnology changes with each passing day, the teacher is shouldering the arduous mission ofcultural preservation, inheritance and innovation, to this end, the problem of teachers teamconstruction gains more and more attention from all walks of life. Teachers often experienceon entering the jobs "stage" to survive, in the meantime, teachers have to face the realityshock, the role transformation, and the accumulation of ability, but also get in the complexrelationships and heavy work suddenly, it is a daunting challenge for newly hired teachers tobe appointed. How to adapt to this series of changes is important to teachers to form thecorrect reasonable identity, promote the education teaching ability and the effectiveness of thecomprehensive management work in the future, and it will produce fundamental andfar-reaching influence for teachers to keep the job satisfaction, retention and careerpersistence. So understanding the teachers’ career adaptation levels, explore the influence ofvarious factors which including basic psychological needs satisfied level on the adapt ability,thus helping attributes quickly and effectively to induction adapt to promote teacherprofessional development and teacher team construction has great significance.This research based on the basic psychological needs and teachers’ adaptive performance,on the basis of combing and analysis of the existing theory about teacher development stage,teachers’ basic psychological needs and the beginning teachers’ adaptability, divide thedimensions of primary school teachers professional needs to be appointed as: autonomy needs,competence and belonging needs three dimensions, could be divided into general educationteaching vocational adaptability dimension problem treatment, emergency treatment, stressmanagement, continuous learning, interpersonal adaptation, cultural adaptation, the bodyadapt to seven dimensions. Based on self-designed questionnaire on receipt of the collection,sorting and analyzing, of elementary school beginning teachers’ professional requirements andto understand the present situation and problems of vocational adaptability, the other by lateinterview before exploring the influence factors and based on this put forward to promoteelementary school beginning teachers professional demand and career adaptability of severalsuggestions.This study found that: first, the beginning teachers in the primary school whosesatisfaction of vocational demand and vocational adaptability overall in the medium level. Inthe professional demand side, their satisfaction level of competence demand and autonomous demand remains to be further improved; In terms of career adaptability, they handle thepressure and adapt body is not very ideal. Second, the population variable factors, the schoolattaches great importance and support, and the pre-service education practice and thepost-career training for beginning teachers in primary school influence the satisfaction ofprofessional demand and the career adaptability. Third, the beginning teachers in primaryschool, whose sense of belonging to meet demand levels and its vocational adaptability havesignificant correlation between each dimension, the satisfaction of belonging to promotevocational adaptability has an important positive role. Finally, the researchers from threeangles, which including the teachers themselves, the normal universities and the primaryschool, proposed the advice to beginning teachers in primary school to improve theirsatisfaction of vocational requirements and vocational adaptability.
