In the research, to begin with, we choose365participants from985/211Project University and common college, and then, use self-made questionnaire named "Postgraduate Vocational Self-concept", revised scale named "Vocational Self-efficacy" and "Social Adaptability", thirdly, make use of factor analysis to explore structure of vocational self-concept, and independent Sample t test, analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis to process data. Finally, detecting on postgraduate vocational self-concept and vocational self-efficacy social adaptability of the present situation and the difference in demography variable and analysis of vocational self-concept of vocational self-efficacy and social adaptability study by the following conclusions:1. The self-making questionnaires on postgraduate vocational self-concept is reliable and valid, and could be used as measuring tool.2. Postgraduate Vocational Self-concept involves7dimensions:vocational development, professional ability, vocational attitude and practical experience and relationships, vocational personality and family support.3. Totally, postgraduate vocational self-concept needed to be further developed, of which has well improved is vocational development and vocational attitude. Vocational Self-efficacy and Social Adaptability have made well progress in the whole. Gender, School, Grade, Major, Being one child, hometown, part-time experience had different effects on different dimensions of vocational self-concept.4. There is a significantly positive correlation between vocational self-efficacy and vocational self-concept. Postgraduates with high level vocational self-efficacy have more developed than whom with low level. Self-concept efficacy, social support efficacy and People job matching efficacy could significantly positive predict vocational self-concept.5. There is a correlation between social adaptability and vocational self-concept:Mental and physical symptoms has a negative correlation with vocational self-concept, and study adaptability, character adaptability, vocational choice adaptability, personal care adaptability, environment adaptability have a positive correlation with vocational self-concept. Mental and physical symptoms could significantly negative predict vocational self-concept; study adaptability and personal care adaptability could significantly positive predict vocational self-concept.
