| In recent years,with the development of economy and society,the propaganda of the party and the state,and the improvement of the quality of citizens,the importance of ideological and political courses has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.In the various factors that affect the implementation effect of ideological and political lesson,the teacher plays a key role.General Secretary Xi Jinping also stressed the key to a good ideological and political theory course is the teacher,the key is to give full play to the teachers’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in the National Symposium of Ideological and Political Theory Teachers.However,every experienced teacher starts to grow from the initial teaching,which is the inevitable stage of every teacher’s career development.At this critical stage,adaptive condition will affect the teaching style,career choice and conception of the initial teachers.Therefore,the research on the vocational adaptability of initial political teachers in senior high school is of great significance for promoting the individual career development of senior high school political initial teachers,stabilizing the ideological and political teachers team,improving the implementation quality and student’ learning effect of senior high school political course.In this study,the junior teachers of ideological and political education in some high schools in F,L,Q and other cities of F Province were selected as the subjects of investigation,using the method of combining theoretical analysis with data analysis,this paper probes into the existing problems of the vocational adaptation of the junior teachers in the ideological and political courses in senior middle schools,and looks for the reasons from the angle of the internal and other relevant external factors of the teachers,therefore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and outlet to solve the problem of the vocational adaptation of the junior teachers in the ideological and political course of senior high school.This research includes four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the cause and significance of the research,the research review at home and abroad,the methods adopted and innovation.The second part expounds the concept and theoretical foundation of vocational adaptation of senior high school initial political teachers;The third part analyzes the existing problems of vocational adaptation of senior high school initial political teachers from the results of the survey,and analyzes the reasons from the initial teachers’ individual,working school,educational administration and political discipline characteristics.The fourth part from the perspective of individual teachers and relevant departments put forward the solution to the problem of vocational adaptation of initial teachers.This research object selected for this topic is some junior teachers of ideological and political courses in high school in some areas of F Province.The results of the survey may not be universal enough.It is especially reasonable to analyze and sum up the existing problems and reasons of the current junior school ideological and political initial teachers’ professional adaptation,and it is also practical and operable to put forward the countermeasure. |
