Study On The Influencing Mechanism Of Continuous Participation In Sports Volunteer Service

Entering the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and entering the new development stage of the second centenary goal,the construction of a higher level of national fitness public service system has become an important topic to help realize the dream of sports power.As an extension of voluntary service in the professional field of sports,sports voluntary service is a key link to build a higher level of public service system for national fitness.Since starting in the 1990 s,our country sports volunteer service has gradually spread to the national fitness events from large events,community sportactivities and other fields,but with the popularity of growing company,insufficient sports volunteers continued participation behavior,sports volunteer service problem has not been formed long-term development pattern also increasingly prominent.It is a powerful response to the existing problems to examine the continuous participation behavior of sports volunteer service.Based on the perspective of identity transformation from college students to social people,it provides a new theoretical and practical reference for understanding and exploring the long-term development of sports volunteer service.In order to objectively reveal and accurately grasp the influence mechanism of continuous participation in sports volunteer service,this study,based on the theoretical achievements of sociology,psychology,management and other related disciplines,uses the exploratory sequence of mixed research methods to demonstrate.Firstly,from the perspective of the identity transformation from college students to social people,through in-depth interviews and grounded theory,this paper constructs the influencing mechanism model of continuous participation behavior in sports volunteer service,and puts forward research hypotheses.On this basis,the validity and scientificity of the influence mechanism model are confirmed by the large sample questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Finally,comparing the internal logic of the influence mechanism of sports voluntary service with the reality dilemma,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote sports voluntary service continuous participation behavior.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,it systematically analyzes the participation behavior of college students in sports voluntary service,and clarifies the behavior characteristics of college students in sports voluntary service.College students’ participation in sports volunteer service is firstly influenced by the status conditions of sports majors and college students,so that they can get attention and invitation from all walks of life.Under the background of full perception of social needs,college students begin to judge from individual needs,service participation value and other aspects,and finally make behavioral choices.In the process from individual subjective judgment to behavior implementation,policy support from the government or organizers,conditions guarantee from schools or specific organizations,and encouragement and drive from family or friends and relatives become important driving factors to strengthen the goal,content and method of individual behavior.Objective,the university sports volunteer service is usually the individual contact early platform,and based on personal professional development,and respond to social expectations,manifest its value,sports volunteer service to participate in the implementation purposes such as behavior,reflects the college students in a specific role and under the influence of internal and external environment,become the main sports volunteer service to participate in the internal logic.Secondly,this paper analyzes the participation behavior of college graduates in sports volunteer service after they enter the society,and reveals the behavior selection mechanism of the two different outcomes of college graduates’ continuous participation and non-continuous participation.First of all,the behavior of the graduate students continue to participate in sports volunteer service selection mechanism can be summarized as,by the university to participate in the early stage of the experience gained by the foundation and social group formation within the circle of acquaintances is the main channel,graduate students perceived social needs and individual psychological expectations,disposable condition as well as the necessary organizational support condition become prompt it to continue to participate in the basic elements of.Secondly,the selection mechanism of college graduates’ non-continuous participation in sports voluntary service behavior can be summarized as follows: some college graduates will lose the support base of original service participation with the change of identity,and at the same time,affected by the change of individual service participation value,they gradually perceive the change of social needs.In addition,due to the lack of information,opportunities and individual freedom caused by internal and external environmental changes,college graduates either actively or passively interrupt their participation in sports volunteer service.Thirdly,by means of qualitative theoretical model construction and quantitative hypothesis testing,the key elements and mechanisms that affect the continuous participation in sports volunteer service are systematically explained.The results of qualitative analysis show that due to the identity transformation from college students to social people,the internal motivation,service content,supply mode and social environment of individuals participating in sports voluntary service have changed greatly.The role cognition and lifestyle at the individual level,organizational support at the organizational level,and social expectation at the social level jointly affect the transformation from willingness to continuous participation to continuous participation behavior,and organizational support plays a moderating role at the same time.The results of quantitative verification show that social expectation,lifestyle,role recognition and organizational support are the core variables.Influencing the transformation of continuous intention to continuous participation behavior under the specific conditions of identity transition.Among them,policy expectation,peer expectation,individual freedom,trust perception,mobilization incentive and propaganda penetration play a significant positive role.At the same time,organizational support also significantly affects the transformation of continuous intention to continuous participation behavior by strengthening the perception of social expectations,alleviating the burden of life and work,and improving the cognition of individual roles.The theoretical model constructed in this study has been further confirmed.Fourthly,from the perspective of integrity,objectivity and systematization,this paper elaborates the internal logic,realistic dilemma and optimization strategy of continuous participation in sports volunteer service from the perspective of identity transformation.From college students to social people,the perception of social expectations determined by the conduction of policies and peer demands,the degree of role cognition determined by the consistency of trust between supply and demand,the level of life style determined by the disposable of time and energy,and the effectiveness of organizational support directly and indirectly driven are the basic logic affecting the realization of the continuous participation behavior of sports voluntary service.However,due to the insufficient policy guidance and poor media publicity of social environment construction,the differences in regional distribution and group orientation of service participation opportunities,the lack of source channels of service information acquisition and the low matching degree,the fuzzy responsibility subject of guaranteeing participation behavior and the lag of organization construction,graduates still face many obstacles in their continuous participation in sports voluntary service.According to the contradiction between the logic of necessity and the predicament of reality,it is proposed to take the fulfillment of government responsibility as the root point to promote the construction of the system.Optimize the social and cultural environment with media propaganda and guidance as the focus;To build a data platform as a breakthrough point to achieve effective connection between supply and demand;With practice goal turning as the starting point,improve the organizational service efficiency and other optimization strategies.
