Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Volunteer Service Activities Of Undergraduates

When it comes to China's voluntary services, its quality stands for a new height of China's humanity performance and career. Initiating reform and opening up, the market-oriented economic system has built basically since 1990 s. Thanks to such background, Chinese volunteers grow at an amazing speed. The role of college students is imperative to stimulate China's volunteer service to develop more perfectly and systemically.Since the founding of China's Youth Volunteer Service Organization in 1993, Chinese college students have contributed greatly to build a harmonious society and explore assorted channels of social progress by their own. However, because of the brief development of voluntary activities, the concerned talents and mechanism are not perfect. So, some problems are encountered inevitably, including imperfect mechanism of voluntary activities, imperfect legislation and the like which hinder the development of voluntary services. Therefore,a long-term mechanism of voluntary works should be set up to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of voluntary activities college students provide for a harmonious society and good morality.
