Cooperative learning was introduced to our country in the1980s.The research oncooperative learning was from the initial theory-based research to explore the cooperativeresearch methods and have achieved remarkable results.But research on the impact factorof cooperative learning is blank. The study takes Beian Primary School which inChangchun as a Case and study problems in the cooperative learning process. Based on theexisting problems, the study explores factors that influence the effect of cooperativelearning. This study used interviews, observation gleaned information. The studyaccording with cooperative learning carring out steps (figure assignment and solutions,group presentations and summary, evaluation) collects and collates information. Thearticle researches members of the group participating in cooperative learning,whosebehavioral characteristics of the language features, and explore its problems throughdeductive way to explore the factors.Finally, the article proposed suggestion to increasethe result of cooperative learning in Beian Primary School.This article is divided into the following sections:The first part is the introduction. First of all, this paper expounds the reason of topicselection. On the basis of it, the questions of this study are clear: the process of cooperativelearning group structure into concrete steps, through the observation and interview researchthe cooperative learning condition of Beian Primary School. Secondly, through theliterature review to understand the evolution of research on cooperative learning and thepresent situation at home and abroad, based on it, the paper stated purpose of this study:clearing the problems of Beian Primary School in the process of cooperative learning, onthe basis of these problems to discuss factors affecting the effects of cooperative learning.Finally, the introduction states the definition of related concepts of cooperative learning.The second part is about the research design and implementation. This part introducesthat this research adopting observation and interview to collect data, and expounds thedesign of a research framework on the part of the cooperative learning.The third part is the analysis of cooperative learning process problems. This sectionanalyzes the behavior and language of teachers and students, and summary the problemsexisting in the process of cooperative learning, which provide based affect for the study offactors influencing the effect of cooperative learning.The fourth part deduces the effect factors of cooperative learning from the aspects ofschools, teachers, students: the exchanges and cooperation between the same area school;teachers’ ways to cooperate and cooperation consciousness; students’ cooperation consciousness and skills.The fifth part is based on the above factors to put forward some effective suggestions toimprove the effect of cooperative learning.The sixth part is about the reflection of the research and the prospect of cooperativelearning.
