Along with society’s progress and the development of science and technology, parentspay more and more attention to the children education, especially in preschool period. Allparents want to know about the right approach of fostering and educating their children, andhope to get prompt help when problems appear, so as to make sure the children grow up in abetter way and with characteristic cultivation. Nowadays, we have entered into the era ofmobile Internet, but most of the teachers and parents still stay on the methods of electronicrecords, books and data analysis for tracking children growth and their evaluation. In recentyears, the way of WEB records and evaluation has been widely used, but the method ofevaluation is no breakthrough development due to the restriction of the existing evaluationtechnique and the Internet development, especially in the evaluation subject, evaluationstandard and data record, etc System based on Internet, to some extent, is able to meet theneeds of the parents, but after children enter into the kindergarten, to test and evaluate thekey periods, to get the goal by regular guidance can’t be properly achieved by the currentsystem. In order to solve the above problems, mobile evaluation system for children growthbecomes the hot spot for preschool education workers, especially the actual active teachers.This study is based on mobile Internet, and expect to design a better evaluation mode andsystem, which can be applied to the actual work of kindergarten and parenting.This paper is proposed new modes of multiple, bidirectional and dynamic mobileevaluation in different key periods of children development. Making good use of the mobileInternet and terminal to form the evaluation model of children development’s keyperiod and its system is the major part of the study. Meanwhile, to design mobileapplications and make it work in kindergartens, and to analyze the recordings and the processof evaluation so as to verify the effect are another parts worthwhile deep research forstrengthening the communication between teachers and parents to promote scientific fosteringchildren altogether.In a word, the development of wireless mobile Internet is going to have a great influenceon the current early childhood education, we must seize the opportunity to adopt the mobileInternet technology effectively to the process of recording and evaluating children growth.Such a scientific evaluation mode of early childhood growth may help teachers and parents,and to improve the level of early childhood education.
