The State And Influential Factors Of The Social Trust Of China In The Perspective Of Triple Social Structure

With the deepening of the social transformation and economic transition, great changes have taken place in China’s rural and urban society. As "Acquaintance-social", the trust mechanism of traditional society is changing in China. However, many studies have shown that Chinese society is mainly with interpersonal trust, institution trust has yet to be developed. For test this view in detail, in this paper,using China’s social comprehensive survey (CGSS2010) survey data, combined with the case of Z city in Henan province, to explore the condition of trust status and its Influential factors among urban and rural residents、farmer-turned migrant workers under the triple social structure.This study found that Institutional Trust and interpersonal trust are related:The higher subjective class status, the higher the trust level; degree of perception of group conflict of interest and the development of community participation have a significant impact on trust; residence registration institution influence trust as well;there were significant differences in terms of trust among the three different group of Urban residents and rural residents and migrant workers.Meanwhile found some factors that influence social trust by using the data of interviews. Personality traits affect trust, but interpersonal promote trust. Community with floating population, residents’ trust is low; urbanite pay more attention to the contract or institutional protection, rural residents pay more attention to human feelings, relationships,personal interests and rational calculation as well; Interpersonal trust and Institutional trust are equally important in the reconstruction of social trust, Institutional trust is equal to the government trust; Migrant workers with group effect and reduce the trust to urban residents; both urban and rural residents is almost not to participate in community construction, lack of a sense of community. People with social deception experience may be more not easy to believe strangers.This study is divided into five parts. The first part mainly includes study background and reason of choosing the topic. The second part is the literature review, the conceptualization and the operation of concept. The third part describe the framework,the research method and Respondent of this study. The fourth part, describes the results of research, more in-depth analysis based on the data, puts forward relevant countermeasures. The fifth part, summarized the conclusion of this study, finally point out the deficiencies of the research.
