A Study Of Ideological And Political Education In Impoverished College Students' Employment

At present, the large number of college graduates, the employment situation of college students is becoming increasingly tense. Poor college students as a special group of college students, their employment ideological and political education has become the focus of community and school. Nowadays, there are many deficiencies in Ideological and political education of the poor college students’ employment, this article through to ideological and political education as the core, using a variety of research methods to carry out further research on the employment of poor college students in the ideological and political education. First of all, the article introduced the related concepts of employment of poor college students in Ideological and political education, characteristics, significance and principle, followed by an analysis of the impoverished college students of Ideological and political education in the employment problems and the reasons. Finally, on how to strengthen the employment of poor college students in ideological and political education countermeasures put forward feasible suggestions. This study can further expand the ideological and political education practice, enrich the ideological and political education of poor students employment, and effectively help the poor students to achieve the goal of employment.
