In this study,10classes of the junior middle students from Nanning No.14middle school where the junior middle students of Nanning Langdong Urban Village are studying in are used as the object of the study. Through literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics, interview method and other research methods, the study investigates the Urban Village students’quality status, discusses and analyses the main problems of the students’quality and the reasons of their family influence, and puts forward some countermeasures to school education.The study has found the main problems of the students’quality as follows:Urban Village students’ learning foundations are weak, and their grades are generally not ideal; Urban Village students’ learning objectives are not clear, and don’t have correct learning methods and ways; Urban Village students have poor discipline concepts, and are lack of self-confidence. The reasons of their family influence are mainly focus on:Urban Village parents’occupation level and culture level are low, their education ideas are deviational; Urban Village parents’ expectations of their children are not high, and will lead negative effects on children easily; Urban Village parents’relationship with their children is not ideal, their family education is difficult to achieve good results.Therefore, from the perspective of school, the school should pay more attention to the education of Urban Village students, and establish an effective support mechanism; The school should strengthen the guidance to the Urban Village family education; The school should create conditions and opportunities, to cultivate students’ self-confidence and guide them to set their goals.
