The author named Bai village's urbanization practice as "Bai village model".Its advantage is to reduce the government's commitment to the cost of urbanization, and ensure sustainable livelihoods for the villagers, to build a platform for the transformation from peasants to urban residents; the defects is the appearance of their cities and the rural economy is not a unified core, the conflicts between economy citizens and political farmers, as well as the collective economic burden is too heavy.Bai village's future development should not take the the conventional ways which tansform from residents' committee to community resident committee, should tansform to community resident committee in direct. In China, the development model of urbanization is dominated by urban. The Bai village is only a special case. The author believes the only stable and healthy way.of urbanization in china should be the effective interaction between the urban urbanization and rural urbanization.
