Disciplinary education appears to produce at the beginning of education, along with the development of education and development, is an ancient but the times educational mode. In recent years, the discipline of education as an educational approach has been widely used in teaching management at all levels in schools, but public awareness of the discipline of education hold different views on discipline mixed. Chinese relevant laws unsound regulations also make teachers in the exercise of disciplinary rights have no basis and can not properly grasp the way to implement disciplinary education, severity and so on. Due to a variety of serious incidents caused by teachers discipline students frequently reported by the news media, including two types:the one due to the implementation of unreasonable discipline teachers, students led to the legitimate rights and interests have been infringed; the other one due to the students and parents appropriate disciplinary action against the teachers do not understand, leading to serious conflicts of teachers and students, or even killing case division. These educational events not only affect the normal school teaching order in the community and also had a serious impact.Junior secondary students are in adolescence, physical and mental development and has its particularity:self-centered, rebellious strong desire to get rid of their elders management but lack the ability to distinguish right from wrong. They often do not actively listen to the teachers, but to deliberately take questioning, criticism and even against the attitude, which makes the discipline of education in teaching junior management process used the most common. The current study related to the discipline of education is generally covered by the compulsory education stage, specific and detailed study of the junior relatively few young people, and also the lack of these two different cities and regions of junior middle school education disciplinary differences in contrast.
