Objective: sports injury is one of the important factors affecting the movementachievement, sports injury recovery speed and recovery degree directly affect theathlete athletics ability. Chronic strain injury patellar tendinopathy a soft tissue. Trackand field sports run member knee jumper three major players frequently, training load,long term exercise training can cause knee flexion and extension muscle strain,muscular endurance is insufficient, resulting in increased risk of patellar tendonenthesiopathy. Patellar tendon enthesiopathy in pain as the main symptom onset,duration is long, slow recovery, conservative treatment with ultrasonic physiotherapymainly, recovery is slow and low cure rate, small needle knife, minimally invasiveoperation treatment can cure patellar tendinopathy, but tendon recovery slower afteroperation. In this paper, access to relevant information, according to the pathologicalcauses of patellar tendinopathy, combined with extracorporeal shock wave theory andphysical rehabilitation training, trying to combine the two, seeking a needle and goodfor athletes with patellar tendinopathy and soon cure.Methods: the study object of this paper is the Liaoning track and field team during theyears2013-2014with patellar tendinopathy athletes17. Research Based on themethod of17athletes with patellar tendinopathy treatment intention, the choice oftreatment, which involved in extracorporeal shock wave therapy group5, physicalrehabilitation training group6, extracorporeal shock wave and physical rehabilitationtraining combined with group6. Observation on the treatment of4weeks,6weeks oftreatment and8weeks after the treatment, three methods of motion of knee joint,thigh girth, pain sensation and muscle strength, discussion of patellar tendinopathytreatment effect in three ways.Results: in this paper, the joint activity, thigh girth, VAS pain score and musclestrength four evaluation indexes of extracorporeal shock wave method and physicalrehabilitation training method and extracorporeal shock wave and physicalrehabilitation training combined with the rule of law cure athlete patellar tendinopathytreatment effect, the following evaluation indexes before and after treatment: changesin joint activity extracorporeal shock wave group, small increase, increase physicalrehabilitation training center, the combination group increased greatly. Thighcircumference change, extracorporeal shock wave group did not change, physicalrehabilitation training group increased obviously, the combination group increasedsignificantly. VAS pain score, extracorporeal shock wave score decreased in themiddle, physical rehabilitation training group score decreased at least, the combination group was decreased most. Change the thigh muscles, ipsilateralunilateral maximum strength change, extracorporeal shock wave group did not change,physical rehabilitation training and both groups changed significantly; and thecontralateral side of the maximum strength difference, extracorporeal shock wavegroup and physical rehabilitation training group has differences, both groups after8weeks treatment to eliminate the difference; flexor and extensor ratio change,extracorporeal shock wave group did not change, change in the group combined withphysical rehabilitation training group and the two obvious.Conclusion: the method of three kinds of treatment of patellar tendinopathyathlete in physical rehabilitation training, increase in the ipsilateral knee joint activity,thigh girth and improve muscle strength are effective, extracorporeal shock wave isthe most effective way to reduce the degree of pain, but both groups can increase therisk of knee joint activity, thigh girth improvement of muscle strength, and can greatlyreduce pain, treatment effect than both single therapy. The extracorporeal shock waveand physical rehabilitation training combined with patellar tendon enthesiopathy canreduce pain, but also can enhance the strength of patellar tendon tissue surroundingthe muscle group, combination of patellar tendinopathy treatment had the best effect.
