Purpose:Exercise is a green and economy means to promote hepatic lipid metabolism. Toinvestigate low-intensity continuous exercise in high-fat diet fed rat’s body fat metabolism, and to analysis the rat liver lipid metabolic regulation factor expression under exerciseintervention, and to explore prevention and regulating mechanism in low-intensity continuousexercise on high-fat diet induced non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases, and to provide the theoryand practice basis about exercise intervention for chronic metabolic disease.Methods:Total29male Sprague-Dawley rats will be randomly divided into three groups:control diet group, high-fat diet group, high-fat diet plus exercise group. Then detect thelevels of Triglyceride, Total cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, High densitylipoprotein cholesterol in serum, SCD1mRNA, CPT1mRNA in liver tissues.Results:(1)In the SD rats,10weeks of high-fat feeding induced obesity and increasedtriglyceride, total cholestero(lP<0.05), Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, and lower Highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol;(2)After10weeks low-intensity continuous exercise ofintervention, the high-fat diet plus exercise group’s rats’adipose weight Significantly reduced, and the levels of Triglyceride, Total cholesterol, Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, Highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol in serum, SCD1mRNA, CPT1mRNA in liver tissues were gotimproved.Conclusion:Long-term high-fat diet Leading to the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease. Keep on low-intensity continuous exercise can alleviate the non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease which were induced by high-fat diet. Low-intensity continuous exercise improve theliver tissues’SCD1mRNAand CPT1mRNA may be the one of the mechanisms.
