Topic Background and Research Significance:At present,obesity is the culprit for many chronic diseases and the underlying risk factors for related metabolic diseases,and scientific and reasonable exercise intervention combined with improved dietary structure is still the most effective and safe way to lose weight.During the recovery period after exercise,the extra oxygen consumption at the level of oxygen consumption in the resting state is exceeded,and the recovery after exercise is mainly based on the oxidation of fat.High-intensity Interval Training?HIIT?has characteristics such as high intensity,short time,and intermittent exercise,which solves the problem that obese people are difficult to maintain because of long time and single exercise mode.After HIIT,a large amount of EPOC will be produced because the content of catecholamines involved in the development of heat after exercise is kept at a high level,and the oxygen consumption is increased through the beta receptors to generate heat and promote the decomposition of body fat.Therefore,whether to increase the total energy consumption of exercise by increasing the HIIT's EPOC has attracted much attention.Research purposes:To analyze the changes of EPOC after observing the movement of power cycling with the same energy consumption?200KJ?in different time,and to provide a theoretical basis and practical method for formulating weight-loss exercise prescriptions.Research methods:16 obese young women with no training experience and no exercise contraindications were studied.The age was 20.64±2.11?year?,height was 164.41±5.46?cm?,and weight was 74.67±7.70?kg?.The experiment was divided into three groups:60%VO2max moderate intensity continuous exercise group(M60),90%VO2maxHIIT group(H90),and120%VO2max HIIT group(H120).Each person separately performed three groups of power cycling with total energy consumption of 200KJ movement.The duration of exercise in the M600 group was 46.21±6.37 min.The exercise program of the H900 group was intermittent after4 minutes of exercise with 90%VO2max intensity,followed by 4 minutes of rest after 3minutes of rest,and a total of 6.37 groups+0.17 minutes of exercise.The exercise program of H12020 group was intermittent after 1 minute of exercise at 120%VO2max intensity,followed by1.5 minutes of rest and then 1 minute of exercise,a total of 18.81 groups+0.28 minutes of exercise.In the M600 group,the HR,RER,VO2,and the amount of the EPOC,the duration of the EPOC,and the duration of the measurement were measured every 30 minutes during the recovery period before exercise,during exercise,and after exercise.The measurement of H90and H12020 was performed immediately after the start and end of each exercise and the index of HR,RER,VO2,EPOC and duration of each 5 min interval within 30 min of recovery period after exercise.SPSS20.0 data package was used to process the experimental data,and the statistical results were expressed in M±SD format.One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze the differences between the groups.P<0.05 indicates a statistical difference.Research results:?1?The amount of EPOC after exercise in three groups of M60,H90and H12020 were:3063.19±577.41,4318.16±1105.92,4429.29±1154.48.In the H900 group,the EPOC was higher than H120,but there was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.The EPOCs in the H900 and H12020 groups were significantly higher than those in M60?P=0.001,P=0.002?.?2?The durations of EPOC in the three groups of exercise of M60,H90,and H12020 were13.64±1.11 min,6.19±1.04 min,and 18.57±1.90 min,respectively.M600 VS H90,H900 VS H120,H12020 VS M600 all had significant differences?P=0.000?,and the duration had the trend of H120>M60>H90.?3?The energy consumption of three groups of EPOC with the same energy intensity and different time duration:M60?15.96±3.45?kcal,H90?28.94±16.33?kcal and H120?30.61±17.79?kcal.The energy consumption of EPOC in H12020 was significantly higher than that in M600 and H900 groups?P=0.000?.There was no difference in the energy consumption of EPOC between M600 and H900 groups?P>0.05?.Conclusion:The same energy consumption during exercise?200KJ?intensity of time combination of different power cycling exercise has different effects on EPOC,of which90%VO2max and 120%VO2maxHIIT program exercise energy consumption is higher than the medium intensity continuous exercise.
