| The orgin of this subject: Since China successful hosting the2008OlympicGames people’s awareness of participation in the activities of social physicalexercise has gradually awaken,and their enthusiasm is rising too, but the mainproblem now is the lack of professional gyms for the ordinary people while thedemand of their participation has raised dramaticly. Public fitness equipment isthe only mean for the normal person, or they can only enter the social privatefitness center which is quite expensive, and those fitness center’sprofessional level, equipment status, coach level have significant difference,and the fee is so high for many low-income people which makes them stepback from fitness activities, this problem seriously hindered the development ofthe national plan about social sports activites.
