An Investigation On The Use Efficiency Of Community Fitness Path In The Main Urban Area Of ​​Kunming City

With the rapid development of economy, they are becoming people’s newambition to have a healthy body and a happy life. With people’s growing healthawareness and increasing fitness demand, it also changes a lot choosing sports fieldand equipment. For this tendency, Kunming City Sports Council installed a number offitness facilities in the open space of urban areas, communities, parks and lakeside,and now fitness facilities have almost been put all over stadiums around, the border ofpark greening belt, residential areas and others. Many experts have had a diagnosesthe usage of fitness facilities in some China’s provinces since they have ben installed.However, it also needs time to more inquiry and research whether the using effect offitness facilities attain the result respected.This research surveys the usage rate of fitness facilities in the communities ofKunming main urban zone by the questionnaire survey method and literature reviewmethod, practically analyses the knowledge about fitness facilities, correct use andpracticing efficiency of them among citizens in Kunming main urban zone, and theinquiry for managers working in Kunming city community sports managementdepartment, theoretically analyses the main influential factors by sociology, sportsscience and management, and the result shows that Kunming city has insufficientfunds for the construction and maintenance of the national fitness path; Kunmingcommunities sports equipments are always stolen and broken without fixing becausethe management does not arrive; people practicing are easily influenced by externalfactors so that they can not focus on it in long time; because the city’s propaganda andpromotion for the national fitness facilities is less, many users know less about thecorrect usage, they can not get ideal effect practicing with the facilities in wrong way,even sports injury accidents happened, the weakness in propaganda also causes aserious shortage for the community sports instructors to guide them use fitnessfacilities correctly in Kunming city.
