Research Objective: With the increase of living standards and fitness awareness, the traditional fitness club already unable to meet the fitness needs of all people. Due to the effect of time, location, economy and some other objective factors, "home fitness" has become the best choice of them. Those potable, multifunctional, and cheap indoor fitness equipment has also been popular. The universal disc-- chest and abdomen muscle exerciser has the advantages of easy accessibility, portable, multifunctional and without limits of sites. It can meet the fitness requirements whenever and wherever possible for those people who need work out. The product combines the traditional advantages of large, round abdomen birds and abdominal plate. Not only the abdominal muscles and shoulder muscles get good exercise, also can make the chest subject to different scales of stimuli. Through this experiment, test subjects before and after training the weight, body fat percentage and body parts circumference, changes of the indicators for analysis, aims to provide a theoretical basis for the fitness effect of thoracic and abdominal muscles-- Universal hands disc fitness".Research Methods: In this essay, 16 members of fitness club of Shandong Sports Institute were chosen as research objects. These 16 research objects were divided into two groups, 8 of them were experimental group and the others were control group. All research objects were male, aged 20-24 years old. Control the training, diet and rest of experimental group and control group. After 8 weeks’ training, test and record the subjects’ body weight, body fat percentage and body parts circumference, compare and analyze the data before and after training.The results of the study:1 Body weight: before training, after the experimental group and the control group between group and group were no significant difference(P > 0.05); comparing the experimental group before training, after the weight increased and the control group before training, after the weight of the added value, showed that there were obvious differences(P < 0.05).2 the rate of body fat: obvious differences before training, after the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05), within the group have no significant difference(P > 0.05). After the training of body fat in the experimental group and the control group rate decreased, decreased rate of no significant difference(P > 0.05).3 bust: comparison before and after exercise, the control group within and among groups, the chest is not significantly different(P > 0.05), there are obvious differences between the experimental groups before training, after the comparison(P < 0.05); after 8 weeks of training, the experimental group and the control group were increased and the increase in the chest, the experimental group is much higher than that of the control group, there is very significant difference(P < 0.01).4 upper arm circumference: comparison before and after exercise, the experimental group and the control group between and within group, upper arm circumference did not have obvious difference(P > 0.05); increase in confining arm before training, the experimental group was higher than the control group, there were significant difference(P < 0.05).5 waist circumference: comparison before and after exercise, the experimental group and the control group within and among groups, the waist is not significantly different(P > 0.05); after 8 weeks of training, the experimental group increased waist circumference values compared with the control group increased values had significant difference(P < 0.05).6 thigh circumference: the experimental group and the control group between group and group were no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions: after 8 weeks of training, data analysis, the experimental group and the control group in all parts of the body weight and circumference increased, while the body sebum rate declined, show an increase in muscle content of the body, that exercise a positive influence in the body; decrease the sebum rate may be related to the morning jogging, muscle circumference increased greatly and the strength practice; the experimental group compared with control group, chest circumference, upper arm circumference and waist circumference were significantly different, and the bust increased most significantly, and research instruments may design action of pectoralis major muscle and dorsal muscle action in most growth, triceps as the maximum synergistic muscle chest exercises with control group differences, indicating the instrument for muscle exercise effect from the side; however, waist circumference increased not in the traditional sense of the fat, increase muscle cross-sectional area but the belly is large and strength.
