Integrated Science Course originated from the western developed countries, namely, STSeducation. Integrated Science Course of modern education has developed in the country morethan ten years. In the past ten years, the development of Integrated Science Course hasexperienced the first nationwide opening large area, to cancel the test area in late muchfluctuation type rolling process. The Integrated Science Course in domestic developmentsituation is not optimistic, investigate its why at this point, this article through to two regions inZhejiang Province and Shanxi Province integrated science curriculum implementation presentsituation investigation, analysis the influence factors of affecting its development based onbiological perspective, and gives the corresponding suggestions and measures.Firstly, we searched for respondents nationwide, according to the principle of typicalityand representative selection of the Zhejiang area and integrated science curriculumimplementation in good condition and poor implementation of Shanxi area as the researchobject, to the area after the teacher, research staff, such as interviews, according to the actualsituation in the two areas and analyzing the related factors affecting curriculum implementation,establishes a set of evaluation system of influencing factors of junior middle school integratedscience curriculum development, the evaluation system has passed the reliability and validityanalysis. Compiled separately on the basis of the evaluation system of the student questionnaireto investigate the comprehensive science curriculum implementation, reflect the factorsinfluencing the curriculum development and teacher questionnaire two questionnaire, randomlydistributed in the two regions.Using Kendall ’s tau-b and Spearman correlation analysis weanalyze the result of the questionnaire.The analysis results show that its factors on the course development plays a most directand the most important influence, teachers as the main body of curriculum implementation ofcurriculum development also play a crucial role, and management factors and environmentalfactors may also play a role in curriculum development.According to the above factors, the following suggestions has been given for thedevelopment and implementation of the integrated science curriculum:1. perfecting the curriculum design, improve the quality of the teaching material;2. To strengthen the construction of science teachers, improve the quality of teaching;3. Increase the intensity of incentive policy, promote the development of sciencecurriculum;4. Correct understanding of science curriculum should be done by public, create a gooddevelopment environment and a harmonious atmosphere.
