Principals are the key spirit of a school, people often use "a good headmaster is a good school" to describe the role of principals. The leadership of the principal plays a vital role in educational change.As the political, economic and cultural globalization accelerated, new times has made some new change request in school education.Principals,as a soul of school education change, their principal leadership role also faces multiple challenges.As a result, principals need to constantly improve their leadership.In this way,they can bring effective leadership in school reform and they can meet school reform demands.This study is focusing on the clarity,focus of change leadership and clear analysis of how to form the effectiveness of school reform.The first section, from the angle of vision, discussing that you should build a clear vision for your organization before the leading of education change.Your organization’s vision is for a description of the Organization’s future direction, and it must be attractive and realistic.So vision building is not an empty ritual, but to build a real sense of purpose.An organization’s vision is not just slogans, writing slogans or generate the goodwill of the members, but to make your organization’s vision penetrate deeply the hearts of every members of the Organization.Besides,vision inspire members to achieve organizational surivival and development for their tireless efforts.And from the angle of vision constructing,analysizing obatacles to formal vision building.Member’s understanding of reality, as well as the set of future goals, decided the establishment of organizational vision.Organization vision is a long-term process from the program to be fully accepted by members and cannot be achieved overnight.During the process it needs time, energy, extraordinary leadership of the leader.Section II of the body, from the point of view of clarity, to create "clear education change".An innovation, particularly thorough implementing change, if there is no specific objective, no clearity, that is to say, all important contributors don’t know why they need reform, what to reform,how to implement,and how important compared to other projects, it is impossible to succeed.Amid change, only you have a clear idea of what does the change contain, why do you want to change and how to change, the change can be complemented successfully and effectively.The third section,from the angle of focus.considering that you should concentrate your efforts on a few important areas "where superior performance produces out-standing results". The lack of focus makes education change unclear and uncertain,in other words,what are the key points that you want to do or how to do is also in the dark.What’s more, too many "good" ideas go hand in hand,making the change practitioner "cast over and over", which led the change in a mess.Only change is clear and certain, can we distinguish the minor and major of the change,and focus on important reform projects by focusing your energy and goals.Body of fourth, exploring that we should also emphasize continuity other than clarity and focus.Changes may bring a series of problems and changes can cause impedance problems,which requires leaders attach great importance to continuity issues in order to ensure reform to survive and develop.Before and after the implementation of change, to adopt effective solutions on these issues, thus reducing resistance to change, removing obstacles of implementing reform.Fifth section of the body, on the basis of emphasizing the focus, clarity and continuity, in addition, follower, is that leaders must lead the organization through their own example.The trust between the leaders and members of the organization is to be achieved by the leadership of an effective leader.During the process of leading vision,the good trust that between leaders and members of the Organization helps to improve the trust of the members and the dependence of the organization.If a leader can lead through their own example, using virtue to lead, his behavior is easily recognized and appreciated by the subordinates, thereby subtly affecting the behavior of subordinates.
