The Investigation And Research On The Leadership Vision Of Rural Primary School Principals

A good principal is a good school,the education fair and have developed the connotation of the quality demands under the principal leadership vision is all the more important the principal leadership vision is the headmaster in the national education policy guidance,based on the understanding of the spirit of the national education policy inner intuition and insights about the school education and the reflection of the inside environment,form to the school in the process of universities according to the specific operations and reach a level of personal future development of ideal and insights.As a leading figure in school development,the school has been gradually developed under the guidance of the principal's leadership vision.The principal's leadership vision is also closely related to the development of the school.Therefore,it is crucial to study the principal's leadership vision for how the principal group can better lead the development of the school.This study focuses on the leadership vision of principals in rural primary schools.In the current environment of supporting the development of rural education in China,rural primary schools are showing an increasingly good development trend.It is very important to study the leadership vision of rural primary school principals for how to lead the healthy and sustainable long-term development of rural primary schools.In this study,three rural primary schools in G town,B city,Anhui province were selected to conduct field investigation.On the basis of understanding the currenteducation situation in G town,we interviewed the principals and teachers of the three primary schools respectively to present the leadership vision of the principals in rural primary schools,and then analyzed the existing problems and influencing factors of the leadership vision of the principals in the three primary schools.The study found that the leadership vision of primary school principals in rural areas was not in conformity with the professional standards of principals in compulsory education schools,and they paid too much attention to honor,which also resulted in the waste of resources.The reasons were analyzed from the internal environment and external environmental factors of leaders' professional advantages.Put forward the strategy of optimizing the leadership vision of rural primary school principals: strengthen the training of principals,provide corresponding training and study for principals,select principals strictly according to the standards,and give principals more autonomy in running schools;Optimize the internal environment development and construction wisdom training teachers optimize the school management;Adapt to the external environment,win the support of superiors by taking responsibility and responsibility,abide by the principles of mutual benefit,win the support services of brother schools,lead the local cooperation;To form a reasonable vision of the principal's leadership and to lay emphasis on the reality of education and treat honor with a common heart.
