A Research Of Elementary School Principals Leadership In Perspective Of Vision Management

Primary school development planning in our country at present the current situation of the development and implementation is: in the process of develop, copying, blind talking; In the process of execution, unable to perform or lost, make the school development planning and eventually become a dead letter. Thus makes the school development plan to make and execute a two cannot produce contact unit.The principal of individual education thought irrelevant, and the execution of the principal cannot by its own vision planning leadership to solidarity, seek common development.Based on the above understanding, this study aims to research vision management under the vision of elementary school principals leadership of the implementation of the problems, combined with the specific case, to clarify the vision management under the vision of elementary school principals strategies with the leadership of the implementation of the elements.
