That means it exists in all departments at school. It is the interaction between the principal and the teachers. Also,it develops the key element of school vision to the fullest.In order to promote the efficiency of Curriculum Vision Leadership, the following things should be achieved. First, superior educational administrative departments need to make positive effects. Second, curriculum vision leadership must be understood correctly and accurately by principal. Third, teachers participate on their own initiative after learning about it. Inaddition,some other things also necessary are, the participation of curriculum professionals, the understanding and support from parents, and the realization of school research on curriculum vision leadership.
