The Specialized Construction Research Of Collegiate Instructor Troop In The Perspective Of Scientific Development

Team building of college counselors is a major strategic measure to enhance ideologicaland political education of college students. Enhancing the construction of specialized collegecounselors contributes to consolidate the team of college counselors and their owndevelopment. It helps to improve the effectiveness of college students’ ideological andpolitical education, and to promote healthy growth and overall development of collegestudents. It also helps to realize the strategic goal of cultivating qualified personnel of ourcountry. This thesis discusses the theoretical connotation and the great significance ofscientific concept of development and specialized team construction of college counselors, byusing empirical approach, literature research, and qualitative analysis method. Main problemsof the specialized team construction of college counselors are as follows: First, the team ofcollege counselors is lack of relevant professional academic background and skills. Second,there is a lack of professional training systems. Third, they are lack of social status andreasonable promotion mechanism. Fourth, they have no clear job responsibilities. Theseproblems are caused by community, college and counselors themselves. For example,counselors are of low professional identity. Social expectations give them too much pressure.College counselor team management mechanism is not standardized. Cultivation forcounselors is not enough. Counselors themselves are utilitarian, and misunderstand their work,and also have no reasonable role positioning, etc. The thesis finally suggests enhancingspecialized team construction of college counselors under the concept of scientificdevelopment. And sincerely hope that this thesis could be a reference for the construction ofspecialized college counselors.
