Research On The "three Modernizations" Construction Of College Counselors

The team of college counselors in our country is a characteristic team in the ideological and political education of domestic students,and it is also an important construction content of the college teachers and management team.General Secretary Xi Jinping,at the National Conference on ideological and political work in Colleges and Universities,stressed that colleges and universities must persist in building up people by virtue and doing a good job in cultivating talents,and put forward a new mission from the actual situation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in China.This is also a new demand for the construction of“three modernizations”of college counselors,that is,professionalization,specialization and expertization.College counselors should adhere to the basic guidance of creating people by virtue,that is,they should attach great importance to the ideological and political work of college students,actively educate the majority of students to set up a correct political stand,and guide them to closely link their personal growth with the practice of devoting themselves to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation Chinese Dream.Therefore,speeding up the construction of the“three modernizations”of the counselors,ensuring the sustainable development of the profession of counselors,and exploring the path of the construction of the“three modernizations”of the college counselors will be of great significance to carry out the Party's educational policy,strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students,and improve the level of teachers in colleges and universities.The author read a lot of policy documents about college counselors and the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on college counselors.Using the literature analysis method as the main research method,it is concluded that the core purpose of the“three modernizations”of college counselors is to cultivate and cultivate “expert”counselors.In this process,professionalization is the foundation,specializationis the stag-e goal,through specialization can improve the level of team building,and through this stage of construction,finally cultivate the team of “expert”counselors.At the same time,combing and summing up the college counselors in the“three modernizations”construction of the professionalization of the basic completion,the specialization forms the scale,the expert effect highlights many achievements.By analyzing and comparing the problems of the construction of“three modernizations”of college counselors,it is concluded that the reasons that restrict the construction of“three modernizations”orientation is not clear,the access mechanism is not scientific,and the examination system is not perfect.So as to lay the foundation for the effective solution mechanism and path.On the basis of attaching great importance to the construction of“three modernizations”of counselors,this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of selecting,training and evaluating the construction of “three modernizations”of counselors in colleges and universities.It summarizes and refines the construction path of college counselors in three aspects: professionalization,specialization and expertization,which lays a solid foundation for the construction of the ideological and political teachers' team of“three full education”,that is,full education,whole education and all-round education.This paper takes the national policy document on the construction of counselors and the connotation and necessity of the construction of“three modernizations”as the theoretical support,and analyzes the restrictive factors of the construction of“three modernizations”of college counselors.Based on the analysis of the factors restricting the construction of“three modernizations”of college counselors,and on the basis of perfecting the construction mechanism of“three modernizations”of college counselors,this paper discusses the construction path of “three modernizations”of college counselors.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical basis for constructing a team of college counselors with firm political stand,highprofessional quality and strong scientific research ability.
